What's Business Administration like?

What's the qualification?
You’ll gain a Modern Apprenticeship in Business Administration. The qualification includes core units and a range of optional units.

Business Administration at SCQF Level 5
SCQF Level 5
Business Administration at SCQF Level 6
What will I learn?
During your apprenticeship. you’ll learn how to:
motivate co-workers in a business setting
carry out best safety practices
improve own business acumen
develop lasting client relationships
This apprenticeship will help you develop core skills such as:
numeracy
teamwork
time management
communication
problem-solving
These skills are transferable, so they can be used for different jobs such as senior receptionist or office supervisor.
Where could it take me?
You could carry on your studies with a business degree or go into full-time work.
Further study: You could continue to learn by studying for a business HNC or HND. Go to university and study for a degree in business relationships. Your experience will support your application.
